Serenity Cupcakes is a cupcake bakery situated right in the heart of Copenhagen. It is owned by Mariam Mistry who opened the shop in august 2011. Serenity Cupcakes is Mariam’s first shop and in order for her to pursue her dream, she had to quit her full time job at an advertising agency. Today she spends all her time in the shop either baking, frosting, experimenting with new cupcake flavours or serving customers. But she is not complaining – in fact this is her dream and she is loving every bit of it.

The shop has become the most cosy little place and once you step into the universe of Serenity you will fall in love straight away.

The shop is situated in one of Copenhagen’s cosiest streets, Grønnegade, among other popular shops which makes the area a great place for shopping before or after having a cupcake. Grønnegade is situated only 2 min. from Kongens Nytorv - So it's close to public transport. Also the cupcakes are perfect as a gift and who wouldn’t be happy to receive a beautiful box of cupcakes along with a sweet note?

The interior is a mix of Paris and New York but yet again a place that isn’t found anywhere else than right here on Grønnegade 32. If you want to know the full story of how it all began, she is more than happy to share that with you face to face in the shop. She and the other Serenity girls will always meet you with a smile and feel free to ask if you have questions, they are more than willing to help.

Serenity Cupcakes offers cupcakes, coffee from The Coffee Collective, tea from A.C. Perch’s Tea Shop, organic juices from Anton’s, Serenity's cupcake sprinkles and partyware from MeriMeri. You can either get your cupcakes to-go or to-stay. If you choose to stay, the cupcakes will be served on beautiful china from the Danish brand, Royal Copenhagen as well as your coffee or tea. If you choose to take away the cupcakes they will always be packed in boxes, so they can make the jouney home.

The flavours at Serenity vary a lot and are somewhat a bit untraditional. However that is what makes Serenity special and not like any other place. But you will also find traditional flavours - so there is something for everybody. The name of the cake most of the time reveals the flavour - but not always. The cupcakes are usualy topped with our signature cream cheese or meringue frosting. So to make it a bit easier for you here is a list of the many flavours. Usually there is between 6-10 flavours on the menu each day.
